I bourguignoned the hell outta this boeuf

Maiden voyage of my new Instant Pot. 45 minutes in the cooker once everything was browned and sweated.

Would have preferred it thicker but kid dinnertime and bedtime (the wellspring of parental sanity) took precedence.

It was so good that I served it to myself on the plate my mom used to serve dinner on for anyone who'd had a big accomplishment that day.
